ביטול עסקה והחזרות שירות הלקוחות שלנו זמין עבורכם בטלפון, בדוא״ל או בוואטסאפ ונשמח לסייע בכל שאלה.ביטול עסקה לאחר קבלת המוצר ניתן לבטל רכישת מוצר בתוך 7 ימים ממועד קבלתו, בהתאם להוראות חוק הגנת הצרכן.בקשת הביטול תיעשה בכתב בלבד באמצעות פנייה לשירות הלקוחות בדוא״ל או בוואטסאפ. על מנת לקבל החזר כספי:יש להחזיר את המוצר באריזתו המקורית.המוצר חייב להיות שלם, ללא פגיעה, נזק או פגם מכל סוג.לא נעשה במוצר כל שימוש.החזרת המוצר הינה באחריות הלקוח ותתבצע בתיאום מראש בלבד, לכתובת שתימסר על ידי שירות הלקוחות (נקודות החזרה בתל אביב). יש לצרף להחזרה פתק הכולל:שם הלקוחה | מספר הזמנה | מספר טלפון | סיבת ההחזרהלפני שליחת המוצר חזרה, חובה ליצור קשר עם שירות הלקוחות ולקבל אישור החזרה.החברה רשאית לגבות דמי ביטול בשיעור של עד 5% ממחיר העסקה, בהתאם להוראות החוק.עלות משלוח החזרת המוצר תחול על הלקוח.ביטול הזמנה לפני משלו חניתן לבטל הזמנה לאחר הרכישה ולקבל החזר כספי מלא, כל עוד ההזמנה טרם נמסרה לחברת השליחויות. לביטול ההזמנה יש ליצור קשר עם שירות הלקוחות באמצעות הוואטסאפ.יש בעיה עם אחד המוצרים? אנחנו כאן בשבילך אם נתקלתם בבעיה עם אחד המוצרים שקיבלתם, צרו איתנו קשר בהקדם.אנחנו נעשה הכול כדי שתהיו מרוצים מהרכישה שלכם.
